If you wish to cancel your service and receive a refund, please make sure to do so at least 3 business days before the scheduled service date. This is our refund policy and it allows us enough time to make necessary adjustments and offer the slot to another customer. Any cancellation made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. However, if you fail to notify us within the specified period, we won't be able to issue a refund. We value your satisfaction and understanding, so we kindly request that you adhere to this policy in order to ensure a smooth and fair process for all parties involved. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
